How VisiPilot handles your data

VisiPilot is an AI visibility platform for businesses, ecommerce stores, SaaS founders, and agencies. The app analyzes websites, identifies SEO and AI-search gaps, creates Fix Packs and Proof Packs, generates marketing content, and helps users publish approved visibility fixes.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, organization details, project details, website URLs, audit inputs, buyer questions, generated content, integration settings, billing records, and product usage events.

How we use information

We use this information to provide website audits, AI Pick tests, recommendations, Fix Packs, Ship Packs, generated content, image prompts, exports, account access, billing, support, security, and product analytics.

Google integrations

If you connect Google services, VisiPilot uses the granted access only to support the selected feature. For example, Search Console data may help analyze verified queries and pages, while Business Profile access may support local visibility checks. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google data for unrelated advertising. VisiPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI providers and processors

VisiPilot may send relevant website, project, and prompt context to service providers that power analysis, generation, storage, analytics, payments, error monitoring, and background jobs. These providers are used to operate the product and improve reliability.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account and project data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request deletion of account data by contacting support.
